Ashley Holder

Ashley Holder

Ashley Holder’s story at Dentistry of Olde Towne is one of remarkable growth and dedication. Ashley joined our team in 2007 at just 18 years old — her very first job — and has spent nearly two decades growing alongside the practice, building an exceptional depth of knowledge in dental insurance and practice administration.

Today, Ashley serves as our Insurance Coordinator, a role she handles with expertise, tenacity, and a genuine commitment to advocating for our patients. Her clinical background gives her a unique advantage — she understands dentistry from the inside out, which means she knows exactly how to navigate the complexities of dental insurance on your behalf and ensure you receive every benefit you are entitled to.

If you have questions about your dental insurance coverage, claims, or benefits, Ashley is your person — and she will always go the extra mile to get you the answers and the coverage you deserve.

Ashley resides in Canton with her husband and children.

Melissa Bedingfield

Melissa Bedingfield

Melissa Bedingfield is one of the first friendly faces you will encounter when you visit or contact Dentistry of Olde Towne — and her warmth and professionalism set the tone for everything that follows. Since joining our team in 2014, Melissa has been a steady, reliable, and genuinely joyful presence at the front desk, helping patients with scheduling, insurance questions, and anything else they need.

Melissa resides in Ball Ground with her husband and their three sons. If you ask her what she does outside of the office, she will enthusiastically tell you about attending her sons’ baseball games, getting her hands in the garden, and — when the weather is right — hitting the road on her motorcycle. Melissa’s energy and genuine care for patients make every interaction with her a pleasure.

Maya Arabia

Maya Arabia brings a rare and valuable combination of healthcare administration expertise and marketing savvy to the Dentistry of Olde Towne team. Since joining us in 2019, Maya has played a key role in how our practice communicates with and serves the Woodstock community.

A Georgia native, Maya was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta and earned her degree in Healthcare Administration from a Georgia college — a credential she has put to exceptional use across more than 15 years in the healthcare industry. Her background spans both the administrative and marketing sides of healthcare, giving her a comprehensive understanding of what patients need and how practices can best serve them.

Maya now lives right here in Woodstock with her husband, Al, and her son attends Georgia Southern University. In her free time, she loves being out on the lake, hiking, and spending time with family and friends — activities that reflect her love for the North Georgia lifestyle she and her family have made their own.

Lori Cone

Lori Cone

Lori Cone brings a warm, community-minded spirit and a wealth of life experience to the front office team at Dentistry of Olde Towne. Having joined our team in 2022, Lori has quickly become a valued and beloved member of our staff.

Originally from Indiana, Lori has called Woodstock home for over 33 years — making her as much a part of this community as the practice she represents. Lori is married with two kids and a dog, and lives right here in Woodstock. She is an avid reader, loves walking — particularly for meaningful causes such as the Georgia Walk for Breast Cancer — and is dedicated to giving back through community volunteering. Her commitment to her community mirrors the values at the heart of our practice.

Pam Coats

Pam Coats

Pam Coats is one of the most colorful and beloved personalities on the Dentistry of Olde Towne team — and if you have ever called our office or come in for a visit, there is a good chance her warmth and humor have already brightened your day.

Pam first joined our team in 2014 as a dental assistant, building strong clinical knowledge and patient relationships over several years before stepping away to pursue other adventures. She has since returned and joined our front office team — bringing with her the clinical insight of an experienced assistant and the energy of someone who approaches life with genuine enthusiasm.

Pam is passionate about DIY projects, exploring new cultures, and adventures of all kinds with her husband, Ian, and their two children. Sharp-eared patients may also notice a distinctly Scottish lilt to her voice — Pam and Ian emigrated from Scotland many years ago, and she is always happy to share stories and warmth from her cultural heritage. She is a wonderful reminder that great dental teams, like great communities, are made richer by the diversity of the people within them.
